When will my order arrive?
The speed of your delivery may vary depending on factors such as your chosen shipping method and delivery address. We offer several shipping methods, each with its own processing time and benefits, which you can compare on our shipping page.
Most orders arrive within 4-8 business days.
NOTE: Please be aware that slight delays may occur during the holiday season due to high shipping volumes. We are doing our best to ensure all packages are delivered as promptly as possible.
Can I edit my order?
Generally, you can modify your delivery address or order details within 24 hours. Please make sure to contact us immediately with your order number and the updated information. The more details you provide, the quicker we can process your changes. Although we cannot guarantee catching your order in time before it begins processing, we will do our absolute best to make the requested alterations.
Keep in mind that your order may have already been shipped. In such a case, we cannot send you a new one, so it's best to contact the postal service.
How do I track my order?
Once your package has been shipped, you may receive an email confirming the shipment. In that email, you will find the tracking number for your package along with a link to the shipping company's website.
If there are any issues with your tracking number or delivery, please contact the courier directly. It may take 1-4 days for tracking information to appear. In some rare cases, tracking information may not be updated, but you will still receive your order. Contact us after the estimated delivery time if needed.
